Manhunt 2 Released on Halloween 2007

Manhunt 2 was release on October 31, 2007. Even though Manhunt 2 was modified to have less violence then the original version that was suppose to be release earlier in the year but was banned, the new version of Manhunt 2 still has several critics in an up roar. Critics are upset with the amount of violence in the game that children can be exposed to. The game allows the players to use everyday objects such has hammers and shovels to kill enemies with extreme violence. Manhunt 2 has received an 'M' rating by the ESRB.

Rockstar games, who developed the Manhunt 2 game had to make changes to it's game in order to be able to receive an 'M' rating for mature, the rating labels the game for players 17 and over. With such a rating Manhunt 2 is clearly a game for adults.

Manhunt 2 was released for the Nintendo Wii and the Sony PSP and PS2. The British Board of Film Classifications (BBFC) continues the ban on Manhunt 2.
