Resetting the Parental Controls PIN

Don't remember your PIN for the Parental Controls on your Wii and you also don't know the answer your secret question. There is a solution, just call Nintendo Consumer Service: 1-800-255-3700. The other option is to use a online website that allows you to get the code. The following instructions will help you get the code. Go to the Parental controls, select “I forgot the Pin,” then select “I forgot the Secret Answer”. An 8 digit confirmation code will be on the next page. Enter the code onto the website http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and you will be given the code to reset your Wii.
