Wii Fit is more then just a game, it is a way to get into fitness in an enjoy fun way with use of a video game and the Wii Balance board. Wii Fit is a work out designed for people who want to have fun while doing exercises, more then anything is about being in balance. The game comes with the Wii Balance Board which is used to help determine your center of balance. The game itself comes with a daily body test and 4 training modes which include over 40 activities. Daily Body Test
Wii Fit will determine your Wii Fit Age daily based on the daily body test which measures your center of balance, body control and your body mass index known has BMI. These 3 measurements will help determine your Wii Fit Age, which is similar to the way Brain Age measures your brain's age. Users will be able to track their daily progress and their previous results.
4 Training Modes
Wii Fit continues the whole Wii concept of interactive video games by featuring 4 training modes, balance games, aerobics, yoga and strength training with over 40 activities which will improve your overall fitness. All designed to get you to move and get fit.
Balance Games -
Balancing games are a big part of Wii Fit, such balancing exercises include skiing, tight rope, soccer, monkey ball and ski jumping.
Aerobics -
The aerobics/cardio exercises included in Wii Fit are dancing, jogging and hula hoop.
Yoga -
With Wii Fit you will be able to do Yoga exercises, different stretching positions to help you body feel fit.
Strength Training -
Working out can't be more fun then doing some body building exercises such has lunges, sit ups, twisting exercises, push ups, skating with a game.
Wii Fit Channel
In addition, with Wii Fit you will be able to install the Wii Fit Channel so that you can perform your body test and view your fitness graph with out having the game disc in the Wii console. It will track your BMI and keep track of your weight.

Players will be able to just grab the Wii Remote and Nunchuk and step onto your Wii Balance Board to execute perfect wedge stops, shred the slaloms, and negotiate moguls with ease.
